Measuring our Success

To build on my last entry about development in West Des Moines, this link will take you to a slideshow of random facts regarding population, development, and other measurements critical to tracking our progress as a City. This was created as part of a video to promote West Des Moines at the International Council of Shopping Centers conference.

Curious about road construction projects you see in the City? The new West Des Moines website can show you what the construction you encounter on your drive to work, school, or home is about!

The Public Works Department has a Construction Projects page that will take you to a GIS map displaying all the road projects in West Des Moines. Clicking on an orange dot will give you more details about the project you're interested in, and a link to information on timing and cost of the project.
